ZIPPER LOT SYSTEM
An innovative lot layout that allows for the compact arrangement of freestanding single-family homes for the residential development of economically sized parcels. Each lot has a private outdoor area and sufficient privacy, with access to both the street and a public green and recreational area. The design offers living spaces comparable in quality to those of traditional single-family homes, but with better-utilized outdoor areas, allowing for quality living space at significantly lower cost.
LIVING GROUP SYSTEM
The masterplan is comprised of independent housing unit groups. This allows for phased development and gradual expansion of the area, where the individual construction phases can be realized by project teams of architects and investors. Each construction phase is in itself not only functional but also conceptually a complete entity.
