Design and Documentation
During this phase, ideas take form through a collaborative and iterative design process. We then prepare comprehensive construction documents that serve as the technical documentation for construction. These drawings and specifications are critical tools for permitting, contractor pricing, and construction execution. Construction Administration
Our involvement doesn’t stop when construction begins. During Construction Administration, we act as the client’s advocate—monitoring progress, responding to questions, and ensuring the design intent is faithfully executed. We conduct regular site visits, review contractor submittals, and facilitate clear communication among all parties involved in the construction process.
We help resolve unforeseen conditions, and review change orders and construction change directives. We help maintain alignment with the budget and schedule while protecting the integrity of the design. Through active construction administration, we help ensure the built result aligns with the design intent and the project is delivered with the quality, care, and attention to detail it deserves.
